What to Expect
The tour begins at the main office in the heart of Jaco. Within just five minutes, you’ll leave town and head into the lush rainforest.
This is one of Jaco’s most popular tours, taking you high into the mountains—over 2,000 feet above sea level—to visit some of the region’s most iconic waterfalls. Swimwear is optional, and guests are welcome to enjoy the natural pools, swim beneath the falls, or jump from nearby rocks for a true adventure experience.
The journey continues with a stop at a traditional mountain rancho, where you’ll take a short break and enjoy a snack or beverage. You’ll meet Martha, who runs the rancho and is known for preparing authentic Costa Rican dishes. After your meal, you’ll make your way back down the mountain, returning to Jaco with unforgettable memories of the rainforest.
