What to Expect
Experience the magic of Costa Rica’s rainforest at its most active hours with the Peñas Blancas River Twilight Safari Float. Wildlife and birdlife are at their peak during sunrise and sunset, and there’s no better vantage point than drifting quietly along the river in a comfortable oar raft guided by an expert naturalist.
Because each raft is rowed by your guide, you can relax, take in the sights, and fully immerse yourself in the sounds of the jungle. Your guide will use a spotlight to help you spot wildlife along the riverbanks—keep your eyes open for birds, monkeys, caimans, and other nocturnal animals beginning or ending their day.
